NJTV Town Hall – June 25, 2014

This town hall event will look at new models to provide primary care and save healthcare costs in New Jersey. How can we
reduce the continued reliance on emergency rooms for primary care? We will look at the changing role of healthcare providers,
and showcase innovative new ways for hospitals, practitioners, and communities to collaborate and provide increased levels of
preventative care.
