In 2015, nearly one in four of New York State’s Hispanic youth considered suicide, and one in seven actually attempted suicide. The former Secretary of State and Democratic Presidential nominee is accusing the government of leaving children affected by mental health issues hung out to dry. Immigration reform is an issue that has dominated the national headlines. Now, “Frontline” shares first-hand.
