I’m trying to watch online through Safari, but when I try to sign in, it says I’m already signed in even though my name isn’t in the upper right hand corner. What’s going on?

1. Log out and clear your cache: To clear your cache, click on the Safari menu in the upper left hand corner of your screen. Select Preferences from the menu.

2. In the window that appears, click the Privacy tab. Click the button Manage Websites Data.

3.Select from the list and click Remove.

4. Sign back into and play a video.
