“This election night is unprecedented. It is one of the most important elections of our time,” said NJ Spotlight News Sr. Managing Editor Jamie Kraft. “There are so many unknowns with this year’s early voting and on-site tallies in the wake of COVID-19; we have no idea what to expect regarding the timing of the results. It will surely keep our reporting nimble throughout the night.”
Election night coverage follows a full season of the network’s comprehensive political news reporting and activities, which has been chronicled on the NJ Spotlight News Politics Hub of the news website. Earlier this month, NJTV and Stockton University hosted a 2nd Congressional District debate with candidates Amy Kennedy and Jeff Van Drew.
