Premieres Monday, May 2 at 10pm

Meet Bruna “Bunnie” Bellotti, a vibrant nonagenarian and New Jersey native who shares almost a century of life stories and advice in this new documentary film. Her biography is one of survival – ethnic discrimination, the Depression, two World Wars, Hurricane Sandy, a broken hip – and infectious passion for her husband, children, dancing and art. Her sage advice to achieving a long, fruitful life? “Respect will bring you love, love will bring you kindness, and kindness will bring you peace.”

After the film, NJDocs series producer Rebecca Fasanello interviews Bunnie (who will be 99 in July 2016) and New Jersey filmmaker Steve Besserman about what it was like working on a retrospective together.
