New Jersey’s primary Election Day is Tuesday, July 7 and it’s like no other in state history. The coronavirus changed everything from the date to how you’ll vote — using the mailbox instead of a ballot box. And while a presidential election usually attracts high interest, it’s unclear how focused voters are on these primary races given the heightened concern around the COVID-19 pandemic.
