POLITICS & GOVERNMENT

One on One with Congressman Frank Pallone

During a conversation with NJToday’s Mike Schneider, Congressman Frank Pallone (D) explained that when it comes to securing federal funds for New Jersey, the state fares well with infrastructure projects, but not when it comes to entitlement programs which are formula-driven and based on per capita income. When asked why Congress is unable to put together a budget, Pallone blamed ideological differences, placing the blame squarely on the Tea Party. As for his own political future, he is satisfied with running on his record.
