Menendez says economy will suffer without Gateway project

Days after the Portal Bridge was determined to be eligible for federal funding, Sen. Bob Menendez is pushing for federal money for a new Hudson River train tunnel. During a Capitol Hill hearing, Menendez pressed the chairman of the Federal Reserve on what would happen to the national economy without the infrastructure investment.
