He’s officially in the race. Gov. Christie launched his campaign at Livingston High School with tough talk that he hopes will translate to better poll numbers and campaign cash.

The governor remains under fire from state workers protesting under-funded pensions and Sandy victims protesting the slow pace of recovery.

But Christie’s out of ear-shot, on the road to New Hampshire where citizens like his town hall style and increasingly conservative positions.
