County leaders say over a billion dollars in NJ 911 fees have been diverted

County leaders are saying that the jobs of emergency responders are getting harder because the state has been quietly raiding the fund to keep emergency systems upgraded, for the last thirteen years. Senior Correspondent Briana Vannozzi explains what’s being done to keep that money where it belongs.
