Christie advisor: Bridgegate ruling proves prosecution was wrong

In an unanimous decision the United States Supreme Court has thrown out the convictions of two former aides to Gov. Chris Christie for their role in the Bridgegate scandal.

Christie said justice has finally been done, in a statement saying, “What cannot be undone is the damage that was visited upon all of the people dragged through the mud who had nothing to do with this incident by the prosecutorial misconduct and personal vindictiveness of Paul Fishman.”

Throughout the case, the Christie administration repeatedly claimed the investigation was motivated by politics. Senior Correspondent Briana Vannozzi spoke with Bill Palatucci, attorney and close advisor to Christie.
