Ride ‘em Cowboy – The Montgomery Rodeo is Back!
The Montgomery Rodeo celebrates 21 years of raising funds for local non-profit organizations at their fun-filled event. The Rodeo will be held at Daube Farm on Sunset Road in Skillman on June 7 and 8 and is an action-packed day in and out of the arena with bucking broncos, bull riding, barrel racing and more. There will also be mutton busting and calf scramble events for children and an arcade area of games and more at the Kids Carnival, as well as the popular mechanical bull. Food, music, cowboy apparel, jewelry, and a 50/50 drawing each day round out the scene.
Early bird tickets are on sale at www.njrodeo.com, along with information about where to buy tickets locally. Advance ticket holders will be eligible to win special door prizes. But don’t wait; the early bird discounts end on June 1!
The charities supported by the 2014 Montgomery Rodeo are Crawford House, Drift Family Scholarships, Eden Autism Services, Global Communities of Support, Montgomery Fire Houses, Montgomery EMS, Montgomery Police Benevolent Association, Montgomery Woman’s Club, Princeton Elks Antlers, and Rocky Hill First Aid and Rescue Squad.
