NJTV TO BROADCAST TODAY’S PRESS CONFERENCES ON-AIR AND ONLINE; MORE LIVE EDITIONS OF NJ TODAY TONIGHT

NJTV interrupts regularly-scheduled programming throughout day for live coverage of Governor/President press conferences; Live editions of NJ Today with Mike Schneider to follow on both television and internet

October 31, 2012 – NJTV, New Jersey’s public television network, will break into regular programming this afternoon to provide live coverage of Governor Christie and President Obama in Atlantic City as they survey hurricane damage along the Jersey Shore. Break-in coverage will also be live-streamed as-it-happens on the NJTV website: http://www.njtvonline.org/njtoday/2012/10/31/special-report-tracking-sandy/.

Exact timing of event are not confirmed, but anticipated to happen sometime after 3pm.

NJTV will also provide live coverage of Governor Christie’s anticipated press briefing slated for around 5:30pm today (time subject to change).

Special live editions of NJ Today with Mike Schneider will follow at 6pm and 7:30pm.
