  1. Michael, there is no way the people of the USA will let NY/NJ down and we would love an excuse to clear congress and draft people that will work together. end of story.

  2. Last year balanced budget. Cut 832 programs without raising taxes. NJ has been able to achieve balance. 2nd year small business tax credits. NJ will not go back to old ways wasteful spending and taxes. Protect NewJerseyan’s hard hearned money ‘We Will Not Turn Back” Amen

  3. I am sorry…Governor Christie is a smart politician to mention Sandy so much but his record is abominable…record unemployment, people leaving the state in droves, high foreclosure rate, higher taxes, no revenue to implement his plans, he killed ARC and left the transportation issues in this state in shambles…we have a 30% rise in transportation costs…it goes on and on and on. He spent so much damn time all over the country campaigning for GOP…crime rate is up very high..the cities are in crisis with crime…it goes on and on.

  4. Gov Christie is a true leader. Years of Democrats have given NJ a work force full of people who do NOT qualify for more then a $10 hr pay. I live in Elizabeth. City Hall in Elizabeth with a poor delivery of City services is the Exact reason residents are leaving New Jersey.

  5. I’m amazed again. Born in Jersey, grew up in NYC .Lived in Seattle area for 25 years, worked a teacher. Live in FL now. Lifelong liberal Democrat. Forgot about Govs. Kean and Whitman; and from NY Sen. Javits and Gov. Rockefeller…all the good northeast Republicans I’m a Democrat for Christie 2016!

  6. Why you do not discuss what funds NJ really needs in 2013, 2014 instead of clamering for the pork laden $60 billion. Most of the funds required can never be used in 2013 & required better detailed budgets before any funding should be given. Why do you not exposed the pork that is in the bill & that NJ is not getting $60 billion, but $60 minus the pork – New York etec etc etc

  7. Very well written news I think you are the provide daily updates of NJ.You include very useful information in this .Thanks for sharing this with us.
