Sen. Raymond Lesniak (D-20) and Monmouth University Polling Institute Director Patrick Murray discuss the lane closures on the George Washington Bridge with NJTV News Managing Editor Mike Schneider.
The pair discusses the emails that have surfaced between a member of the Christie administration about closing lanes on the George Washington Bridge, Gov. Chris Christie’s response to the lane closures, the emails between Port Authority officials, how much Christie knew about the closures and David Wildstein’s actions against his subpoena.
Lesniak said that the lane closures were part of a coverup and that there’s still a need to investigate. Murray said the lane closure controversy undermines the credibility of Christie’s image.
