The governor signs a new law to let adoptees know who they really are. Medical marijuana. It may be legal, but not to New Jersey hospitals. And we look at what some are calling the nastiest congressional race in the state.

Federal marijuana policy is based on the fundamental dishonesty that marijuana is a Schedule I drug, with no accepted medical uses, and unsafe for use even under medical
supervision. As a Schedule I drug it is in the same class with heroin, a
powerfully addictive and potentially deadly drug. Yet marijuana is about as
addictive as caffeine and is one of the safest drugs on earth. To put marijuana
in the same class with heroin is absurd. I cannot believe that we allow our government to be so untruthful.
