Democratic gubernatorial candidate Barbara Buono told attendees at the New Jersey Black Issues Convention that Gov. Chris Christie has failed to stimulate the economy and create jobs, which has more negatively impacted people of color.
Barbara Buono's Campaign Manager Jonathan Ducote says the senator will participate in the gubernatorial debate if it's Oct. 15, but the campaign objects to the proximity to the special U.S. Senate election.
