PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Police have released the name of the man who died when a small apartment balcony collapsed over the weekend.
The victim is identified as 22-year-old Albert Suh of Leonia, N.J.
Investigators said he died from head and neck injuries. Two women were seriously injured in the collapse, which happened early Sunday morning.
The victims were at a party when they stepped onto the small 4th-floor landing of the 108-year-old historic building.
The two women landed on their backs and are hospitalized in stable condition with spinal injuries.
City inspectors and police are investigating.
