TRENTON, N.J. (AP) — Utility crews are working to restore pockets of customers who lost electricity during the latest winter storm.
There are little more than 1,500 homes and businesses without service statewide. That’s down from about 10,000 during the height of the storm Thursday.
Heavy, wet snow downed tree limbs and power lines.
JCP&L is reporting 1,162 customers without power, mainly in Monmouth and Morris counties.
PSE&G has 322 customers out, mostly in Middlesex County.
Atlantic City Electric has 27.
