NEWARK, N.J. (AP) — New Jersey Transit will be cross-honoring tickets on rail and bus services for the Friday commute.
NJ Transit spokesman John Durso Jr. says commuters should allow extra time to get to their destinations on Friday.
Ridership on the rails and roads Thursday was significantly lower than an average weekday due to the winter storm.
Durso says mass transit riders should check NJ Transit’s website for updates.
NJ Transit also cross-honored tickets Thursday, when heavy snow caused delays or suspensions of some services.
