Readings and panel discussions by poets from around the world including Gabeba Baderoon (South Africa), Bei Dao (China), Stephen Dunn (U.S.), Sheriff Ghale (Ghana), Jorie Graham (U.S.), Lizzie Hutton ’95 (U.S.), Amit Majmudar (U.S.), Bejan Matur (Turkey), Don Paterson (Scotland), Gary Whitehead (U.S.), Xi Chuan (China), Monica Youn ’93 (U.S.), organized by Princeton professor and poet Paul Muldoon. The Festival opens Friday morning with the NJ State Finals of Poetry Out Loud, a national poetry performance competition for high school students.
Tickets:$15 per day, $25 two-day Festival Pass, $10 per day for students; NJ State Finals of Poetry Out Loud is free but tickets are required. Reserve tickets through University Ticketing at 609-258-9220.
