Alba Vineyard is proud to host this year’s Foodshed Alliance “Farm to Fork” dinner. On September 8, 2013, in a beautiful tent overlooking our estate vineyards, eight renowned chefs from some of New Jersey’s most prestigious restaurants will pair our wines with locally produced foods.

This local culinary event is scheduled for Sunday, September 8, 2013 at 4 p.m. and will benefit the Foodshed Alliance. Dinner will be served among the stunning beauty of Alba Vineyard, where you can attend a VIP vineyard tour followed by an elegant al fresco dining experience amongst the vines. You will savor the various wines of Alba Vineyard. Each course will be paired with wine that has been hand-selected by expert winemakers. Dinner will begin with an assortment of passed hors d\’oeuvres and then you will be seated at a magnificently prepared table and served 7-courses of locally sourced food paired with wine produced from the land where you are dining.

This unique event brings together a group of distinguished chefs whose talent and commitment to incorporating local foods into their work will be reflected in the menu offerings chosen just for you. Guests will also enjoy the sounds of the Kathy Phillips Trio, a unique blend of pop, folk, rock, and jazz music.
